Our Policies

Cancellations:

We ask for all clients to contact us if they wish to cancel their appointments at the client’s earliest convenience. We do hold a 40% cancellation policy for those who cancel within 24 hours of their service. For Yuko Straightening appointments, we ask for a £100 deposit, and this can be refunded if the client cancels their appointment within 1 week.

This allows us to fill in the designated time slot for someone else who wishes to fill in.

ご予約をキャンセルされる場合は、ご都合の良い時間帯に必ずご連絡ください。施術開始24時間以内のキャンセルには、施術料金の40%を頂戴いたします。Yuko Straighteningのご予約は、100ポンドのデポジットを頂戴しておりますが、1週間以内にキャンセルされた場合は返金いたします。

これにより、ご希望の別の方が施術を受けられるようになります。
